Before founding BASIS, I was head of IT at a Guatemalan insurance company. With my team we built about 80% of the software it ran on. When I decided to go independent in 2003, they did not want me to leave, and they ended up being our first client.
That taught me something that still guides every project: software that truly matters is not delivered and forgotten; it is cared for over years. That is why we have worked with DHL Express since 2006 and still run MediCloud since 2013.
That is our promise. When we build something for you, we stay.
